Rates depend and vary on the needs of the project! Here are some examples of where we usually start:
$50 per song for recording a full band
$30 per song for mixing
$30 per song for mastering
$45 per song for mixing AND mastering
For smaller projects, a $15/hour recording rate may be appropriate.
If only recording is requested, with no post-production services, we will return all stems, as well as a volume-leveled/panned mix-down.
For post-production (mixing/mastering), we will work with you until you are satisfied. Your feedback is valuable! Also, scheduling a time to mix together in our studio may get a project moving in the right direction. We want to provide the highest quality!
Our space may be rented if you want to mix your own projects, use our analog set-up, or simply use a room to practice piano or whatever! $10/hr during business hours, if we have time available.
